How to Use the Attendance System
Follow these simple steps to manage your attendance effectively

Register an Account
Create your student account to get started with the attendance system.
- Click the Register button
- Fill in your personal information
- Use a valid Student ID format: XX-YY-0001
- Create a secure password (min. 6 characters)

Login to Your Account
Access your account to start taking attendance for your classes.
- Click the Login button
- Enter your Student ID and password
- You'll be redirected to the attendance page
- Your information will be auto-filled

Check In
Record your arrival time for your class session.
- Go to Check In page
- Select your Subject
- Choose Class Type (Online/Face to Face)
- Your location will be auto-detected
- Click Check In to record attendance

Time Out
Record your departure time after completing your class.
- Go to Time Out page
- Select your Subject
- Click Time Out to record departure
- Note: You must check in first before timing out
- Can only time out once per subject per day

Join Live Classes NEW
Participate in online live sessions conducted by your instructors.
- Go to Live Class from your dashboard
- View all upcoming and ongoing sessions
- Click Join to enter the meeting
- Sessions work with Google Meet, Zoom, or Teams
- Only active sessions show the Join button

Important Reminders
Keep these important points in mind when using the system.
- One check-in per subject per day
- Location must be enabled for check-in
- Student ID format: XX-YY-0001
- Password must be at least 6 characters
- All fields with * are required
